From Friday 26 to Sunday 28 June, the centre of Geleen will once again be dedicated to Cultuurfestival Spectaculo. During the fourth edition, you can enjoy a diverse programme featuring music, (street) theatre, performances and unique encounters.
Throughout the weekend, around 75 performances will take place in the Spiegeltent, on the Markt and at various locations across the centre of Geleen. For three days, the Markt in Geleen will serve as the vibrant heart of the festival.
On Friday evening, the festival opens with Vervlogen, a special production created exclusively for Spectaculo by Opera Compact and ’t Magisch Theatertje. Inspired by the past, present and future of Geleen, this performance promises a memorable start to the weekend.
Saturday and Sunday are dedicated to international street theatre, featuring acts from countries including Argentina, France and Belgium. One of the highlights is the spectacular closing performance 78 TOURS by Compagnie La Meute.
