150 performances at third edition of Spectaculo! The free cultural festival Spectaculo will descend on Geleen city centre for the third time on 27, 28 and 29 June.
At 42 locations, 150 performances will take place: theatre, music, dance, comedy and street theatre by professionals and amateurs. This year, the focus is on even more variety in street theatre.
In 2024, the festival attracted 10,000 visitors. Local talents such as Bart Storcken, Youth Theatre LEF and Opera Compact stand alongside national and international artists such as Bert Hana, Jaimi Faulkner and Compagnie Kudsak.
The festival is once again collaborating with Geleen On Stage. The festive opening will take place on Friday 27 June from 19.30 on Geleen's Market Square with, among others: Dance School Rick Schmitz, the Bart Storcken Quartet and the fiery spectacle ‘De Fabriek’ by Compagnie Doedel.
